This Motor Vehicle is sold "As Is" Without any Warranty, either Expressed or Implied, Including any Implied Warranties of Merchantability or Fitness for a particular purpose. The Purchaser (Buyer) will bear the entire Expense of Repairing or Correcting any Defects that may Presently Exist or that may Occur in the Vehicle. The Dealer (Seller) neither Assumes, nor Authorizes any other Person to Assume for it any Liability in Connection with the Sale of this Vehicle. The Dealer (Seller) shall not have any Responsibility for the Consequential Damages, Damages to Property, Damages for Loss of Use, Loss of Time, Loss of Profits, or Income, or any other Incidental Damages with Respect to any Defect or Malfunction or Unfitness or Other Deficiency of this Vehicle. The Dealer (Seller) makes no Warranties, Representations or Assurances that the Motor Vehicle Contains only Original Manufacturer Installed or Manufacturer Rebuilt Components, Parts or Accessories. No Representations or Warranties are made by Seller, nor are any Representations or Warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Except for Warranty of the Manufacturer, IF ANY, the entire Risk as to the Quality and Performance of the Vehicle proves defective after purchase the Buyer and Not the Dealer, Distributor or Retailer assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing and repair. Buyer acknowledges, that prior the Sale He/She was suggested to have the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic of Buyer’s choice and at Buyer’s expense in order to be re insured in the quality of the vehicle. We are not responsible for a previous history of the car, such as accidents, mechanical issues etc. Vehicle is used, and this is a Buyer's sole obligation to research a previous history, prior use or designation of this vehicle, as well as research title and accident history. By accepting delivery of the Vehicle Buyer agrees that the condition of the Vehicle is satisfactory and acceptable. Vehicle history reports provided by third parties, such as Autocheck and/or Carfax may not be current and/or accurate and Buyer relies on such reports at his or her own risk. Information deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Interested parties should confirm all data before relying on it to make a purchase decision. Internet prices may not be compatible with dealer sponsored or subsidized subprime financing. Buyer expressly acknowledges that the Vehicle being purchased under this Order may have/has been involved in an prior accident, and may have/has sustained damage as a result of such accident and that repairs my have/have been done to it. Buyer does not rely on any statements from Seller relating to the severity of the accident or nature or quality of repairs. Seller makes no assurance or warranties that the vehicle contains only original manufacturer installed or manufacturer rebuilt components, parts or accessories. Some motor vehicles with previous lease/rental/fleet/commercial/personal use, may have been involved in any kind of accidents that were not reported to the Vehicle History Reports databases. The car may have/has one or more of the following issues, including but not limited to previous accident, improper repair and/or use, frame damage, unibody, structural damage, airbag deployment, replacement of major components, flood, hail, bio-hazard, salvage history, total loss, theft, vandalism, not actual mileage, etc. Deployed airbag(s) was/were replaced with a new or used “salvaged” functional one(s). Per F.S. 860.145 Airbag Antitheft Act the term “salvaged airbag” defines as any airbag that has been removed from a motor vehicle. The damage to the Vehicle may include damage that resulted in the Vehicle being deemed a total loss by an insurance company.  The Vehicle's status as a total loss vehicle may or may not be reflected on the Vehicle's certificate of title and/or in the Vehicle's title history. Some vehicles hold Florida Rebuilt titles, Previous Salvage titles / previous salvage history. Buyer does not rely on any statements from Seller relating to the severity of the accident or nature or quality of the repairs. Seller makes no warranties or assurances that the vehicle contains only original manufacturer installed or manufacturer rebuilt components, parts or accessories. Aftermarket parts/products could be used for a replacement. The purchase price for the Vehicle has been negotiated by the parties taking under consideration its previous history and diminished value of the car. This is a Buyer's sole obligation to research a previous history, prior use or designation of this vehicle, as well as research title and accident history, and to have satisfied himself/herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. We’re not responsible for typographical errors or omissions in pricing or equipment on vehicles. While every effort has been made to ensure the display of accurate data and fairly describe the vehicle to you, these listings may not reflect all items on each vehicle. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Any dispute, resolution, arbitration, mediation and/or litigation relating to this vehicle or sale of this vehicle shall be resolved in Pinellas County, Florida. Buyer agrees that sole jurisdiction rests within the County of Pinellas, State of Florida. Each party shall bear their own costs and attorney fees. Any claims or disputes must be made in writing to Real Motors LLC within 10(ten) days of vehicle purchase. Extended warranties may be available; please contact us for detail.

Please make sure to have your Full Payment and/or Approved Financing as well as Insurance Coverage in place before making your Final Bid, Offer or Placing a Security Deposit.

The Buyer shall remit a $500.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE) (unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Buyer and Seller) deposit within 24 hours of the Sale to secure the vehicle. Deposit can be accepted in the form of PayPal, money order, certified check, or bank wire transfer within 24 hours of the SALE.  All financial transactions should be completed within 7 days of auction end. Buyer will email or fax us name, address, phone/fax. 

Buyer is responsible for pick up or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using our service we will gladly cooperate (Small fee applies). Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state the vehicle will be registered. The seller reserves the right to cancel this auction at any time for any reason. 

Payment methods: certified bank check, bank transfer, money order, third party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. 
Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. 

Processing fee is $295 regardless of the state of residence. It is mandatory and non-negotiable. Processing fee covers administrative expenses affiliated with the Sale. The Processing fee is not a part of final Sale amount.
