First of all let us say that if we could leave a star rating higher than 5 we would.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Serge. We spent a lot of time searching for the perfect, safe vehicle to gift our daughter for her 16th birthday. We landed on a beautiful 2017 Audi Q5 with low miles, in great shape and in our price range. Buying something site unseen, from a used car dealership across different states had me a little nervous until our first interaction with Serge. He was very honest as to all the ins and outs of the vehicle prior to our ownership. Serge went above and beyond to make this experience exceptional. He handled all of paperwork in a timely manner and when we requested to have new all season tires put on the Audi to drive across the country he did just that. I decided at the last minute to drive it from Florida back to Montana with my father. That being said Serge was in constant communication with me making sure everything would go seamless up until I received the vehicle from him. He even offered to bring the Audi to me the night before in Florida upon my arrival. When dealing with the new tires he made sure the old ones were stored nicely in the vehicle for my drive back to Montana. The next morning when I met with Serge to take the vehicle for a test drive the tire pressure signal went off. He had us pullover and checked all the tires and logged them into the system making sure everything was a go for my drive ahead of me. I have no doubt had I wanted to go with shipping the vehicle Serge would have made that transaction painless and swift. Best part was a few days later after driving across the country he checked in to make sure me and my father made it home safely and thanked us for doing business with him. Your customer service is top notch and refreshing . Thank you again Serge.
